COMPLIANCE AND ENGAGEMENT CLARITY
A supported service structure
You appoint Bridged Teams as your service provider. We manage the specialist’s engagement, documentation and ongoing administration through our independent contractor framework, helping reduce the complexity and administrative burden of cross-border workforce management while also reducing your exposure to engagement and employment-related risk.
You retain day-to-day direction of the specialist’s work, while we manage the relationship, contractual structure and ongoing support behind the engagement.
Bridged Teams is an Australian-based offshore workforce partner and service provider. Australian businesses appoint us to recruit, onboard and support offshore specialists. You provide day-to-day direction on the work while we manage the ongoing relationship and administration. Specialists are engaged under contractor arrangements, not as employees of your business.
No. Your offshore specialist is engaged through Bridged Teams under our independent contractor framework, not hired directly as an employee of your business. Bridged Teams is your service provider and manages the specialist's engagement, documentation, payment coordination and ongoing relationship, simplifying the process for you. You retain day-to-day direction of the specialist's work while we manage the administration and support behind the engagement.
We're more than a recruitment agency. A recruitment agency typically finds and places a specialist, then steps away. We remain involved throughout the engagement — providing ongoing support, payment coordination, performance check-ins and issue resolution. Our focus is on the long-term success of the engagement, not just the introduction.
We work across a broad range of functions — from administration, customer service and marketing to finance, operations, project coordination, construction support, engineering assistance and specialist professional roles. If you have a specific need, get in touch and we'll discuss whether we can help.
We work with skilled specialists in offshore locations. Specific locations depend on your role requirements and candidate availability — we'll discuss this with you during your initial consultation.
We assess candidates based on their skills, experience, professional communication, and alignment with your business requirements. The screening process is tailored to each role. You'll meet shortlisted candidates and make the final selection decision.
Yes. You meet all shortlisted candidates before any engagement proceeds. We coordinate the interview process and support you through it. There's no obligation to proceed if the fit isn't right.
You provide day-to-day direction on the work. You appoint Bridged Teams as your service provider, and we manage the ongoing relationship — including the contractor documentation, payment coordination and administration, specialist engagement and support, regular check-ins, performance support and coordination, and issue resolution. You're never left to manage the offshore relationship alone.
Once a candidate is selected, you appoint Bridged Teams as your service provider. We manage the contractor documentation, administrative setup and onboarding coordination so your specialist can start contributing as quickly as possible. You'll then direct the day-to-day work while we stay involved throughout the engagement.
Payment coordination is part of our service. The structure and timing for contractor payments will be set out in your service agreement, and we manage the administration so you don't have to manage payments or the offshore relationship directly.
Our service includes payment coordination and administration, specialist engagement and support, regular check-ins, ongoing performance check-ins, communication support and issue resolution for the life of the engagement. You direct the day-to-day work, and we remain involved so you're never left to manage the offshore relationship alone.
For eligible engagements, Bridged Teams provides a replacement assurance for the first six months of an engagement, subject to the terms of your service agreement. If the placement doesn't work out for covered reasons, we'll work to find a suitable replacement. Full details are set out in your service agreement.
Timelines vary based on the role, your requirements and candidate availability. We'll give you a realistic timeline during your initial consultation. We don't rush the process — a considered match is more likely to result in a successful long-term engagement.
Minimum terms will depend on the structure of your engagement. We'll discuss this during your consultation.
Either party can end an engagement with 30 days' written notice. We'll work with you to manage the transition professionally. If you're eligible for our replacement assurance, we can begin that process at the same time.

This managed structure can significantly reduce the administrative burden of engaging talent offshore and also reduce your exposure to cross-border engagement and employment-related risk.
It gives you the capability of an offshore team member, with an experienced Australian-based partner managing the structure behind them.

We help coordinate the engagement structure, contractor documentation, payment process and ongoing administration for the service we provide. Requirements can vary by role, location and business circumstances, so we do not make a blanket legal or tax guarantee. Your service agreement will set out the relevant arrangements, and you should obtain independent professional advice where appropriate.
Your service agreement will set out the all-inclusive engagement cost, with the agreed weekly view followed by monthly and annual equivalents, along with payment timing and any other engagement terms. We provide the agreed payment coordination and administration, with tailored pricing based on the role, experience, skillset and working hours.
You normally provide access to the business systems, software and information needed for the specialist to perform the role. We can help coordinate the onboarding requirements, while the specific tools, licences, access controls and related costs should be agreed as part of your engagement.
You set the day-to-day priorities and expected outputs for the role. Bridged Teams supports the relationship with regular check-ins, communication support, performance support and coordination, and issue resolution so expectations stay clear and concerns can be addressed early.
